Xingang is the subgroup founder and chairman of Conservative Friends of the Chinese after running local councillor election in 2014. Currently working in accounting, he was academically trained in Imperial College, Oxford University and Harvard Business School. Outside of the office He is also a magistrate, a school governor and a writer.
